Architecture

Between Light and Transparency Passionately renovated in 2018, the space is defined by its 34 meters of retractable floor-to-ceiling windows—a 1959 architectural feat restored to offer a panoramic view of the ocean. This unique structure erases the boundary between indoors and outdoors, bathing the dining room in natural light that shifts with the rhythm of the tides and seasons.

The Contemporary Brasserie Spirit

The decor pays tribute to the classic brasserie aesthetic—deep velvets, warm brass, and graphic tiling—while embracing a sleek, contemporary touch. By collaborating with local artisans, such as the Leclab collective for furniture inspired by Jean Prouvé, we have created a space that is both aesthetic and inclusive. We are proud to hold the ‘Tourism & Handicap’ label, ensuring that every guest is welcomed with the same level of comfort.
