Joffrey Favreau, the Soul of the Kitchen

At the helm of our kitchen since January 2020, Chef Joffrey Favreau brings both passion and expertise to every dish. Trained at the rigorous MFR St Michel Mont Mercure in Vendée alongside Fabrice Guérineau (a long-time collaborator of the Coutanceau family), Joffrey is also an experienced recreational fisherman who has mastered the art of cooking seafood. His dedication, exemplary organization, and love for authentic local products make him a cornerstone of Le Mail.
